When I'm not Coaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three young children in a North London leafy suburb.

A few years ago, I found myself yearning for more meaning in my work. While my career had been successful, it lacked the sense of fulfillment I craved. I often found myself gravitating towards helping colleagues and friends navigate their own challenges, and I began to wonder if there was a way to turn this passion into something more substantial. However, the thought of transitioning into a completely new field, especially one as personal and impactful as coaching, felt daunting. Unsure of where to start, I decided to seek out a coach who could help me explore this path.

From the very first session, my coach created an environment of trust and exploration. She encouraged me to dig deep into my motivations and aspirations, helping me clarify why coaching resonated so strongly with me. Through our conversations, she helped me uncover the skills and experiences I already had that were directly transferable to coaching. With her guidance, I was able to map out a clear path forward, identifying the training and certifications I would need and developing a strategy to transition into this new career. Her belief in my potential was contagious, and I began to see myself as a coach in a way I hadn’t before.

As I embarked on this journey, my coach continued to support me, offering practical advice and helping me navigate the inevitable challenges that arose. She provided invaluable insights into the coaching profession and helped me build the confidence to step into this new role. Today, I am a certified coach, and I wake up each day excited to help others find their own paths to fulfillment, just as my coach did for me. The experience not only changed my career but also transformed my entire approach to life, reaffirming that sometimes the greatest growth happens when we step into the unknown.
