Courage - to start something new and stick with it...

Starting something new can be a daunting and nerve-wracking experience, especially when it requires a leap of faith and stepping out of your comfort zone. It’s natural to feel fear and uncertainty when starting something

new, but it’s important to remember that taking risks is often necessary for personal growth and to achieve our goals.

Having the courage to start something new requires being brave and willing to face any challenges that may come your way. Whether it’s pursuing a new career path, starting a business, or simply trying something new, taking that first step can be the hardest part but sticking with it through the highs and lows is where the real stamina comes in.

The reward of starting something new is the sense of accomplishment and the potential for growth and learning that comes with it. One way to build up the courage to start something new is to focus on the end goal and remind yourself of why you want to do it in the first place. It’s also helpful to surround yourself with supportive friends and family members who believe in your ability to succeed. Having a support system can give you the confidence to pursue your dreams and overcome any obstacles that may arise.

Another key aspect of starting something new is to be prepared for failure. No one is perfect, and everyone makes mistakes. And things that you can't always prepare for, just happen! The important thing is to learn from those mistakes and continue moving forward. I firmly believe this is the hardest bit though - to continue moving forward but don’t let fear of failure hold you back from pursuing your dreams. Instead, use it as motivation to keep pushing forward and strive for that goal you have your eye on. It's within your gift to achieve it.

So, to sum up, starting something new can be a challenging and scary experience, but it’s important to have the courage to pursue your dreams and step out of your comfort zone. Remember to focus on the end goal, surround yourself with supportive people, and be prepared for failure. With hard work, determination, and a positive attitude, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
